The parties have agreed on cooperation in promoting the use of PPPs, supporting projects which improve infrastructure and public services, developing legislative and institutional basis, undertaking a capacity building, spreading the knowledge and experience in the sphere of PPP, increasing the proffessionalizm and skills of the public sector, expanding economic cooperation in the spirit of openness, equality, friendly and mutually beneficial relations.
Memorandum supposes attraction to cooperation between the parties of MAPPP (the French PPP task force).
On June 16, 2011 Irina Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of the Center, has conducted a training on PPP issues in the framework of the Second Forum of Young Civil Servant “Public-private partnership as one of the most important forms of interaction between the state and business” organized by the Academy of National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with support of GIZ.
At the meeting it was discussed draft methodic recommendations on performance of PPP efficiency analysis and form of PPP proposals submission. It was reviewed the activity plan of the group for 2011. It was proposed to extend the group's structure by attracting the representatives of other bodies of executive power.
The conference was dedicated to V. Polterovich, one of the founders of RES, member of Scientific Council of the Higher School of Economics, member of Strategic Council of the Ukrainian PPP Development Support Center.

On June 2, 2011 in the premises of Institute of demography and social research took place the second meeting of the Strategic Council of the Center.
