Signing of Cooperation Procedure with PPP Center of the state corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)

On April 18, 2011 the Center has signed Cooperation Procedure with PPP Center of the state corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank), Russia

On April 11, 2011the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine have approved Resolution #№384 “Some issues of organization of PPP implementation”

The Resolution was approved on performance of the Law of Ukraine on PPP.

It was published the monograph “Scientific basis of housing and communal sector reforming”

In April 2011 it was published the monograph “Scientific basis of housing and communal sector reforming”. The Chairman of the Board of the Center I. Zapatrina is a co-author of the monography.

 

I. Zapatrina took part in the Seventh Financial and Economic Forum Strengthening the Financial Capacity for Local Development

On March 31, 2011 in the premises of the national Academy of Sciences of Ukraine took place the Seventh Financial and Economic Forum Strengthening the Financial Capacity for Local Development organized by the Institute for Budgetary and Socio-Economic Research and USAID. I. Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of the Center has made a presentation "Budgetary support and its role in implementing PPP projects at the local level".

On March 31, 2011 took place the meeting of the Work Group on protection of cultural heritage of the Public Humanitarian Council under the President of Ukraine

I. Zapatrina and V. Oleshchenko, the members of the Board of the Center took part in the meeting. It was discussued the issues related to incorporation of changes to the law of Ukraine On Protection of Cultural Heritage and provisions of the protocol of the last meeting of the  Public Humanitarian Council
