On May 24, 2011 Irina Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of the Center took part in a meeting of the Work group on issues of waste treatment in Kyiv, established according to the Order of the executive body of Kyiv City Council. During the meeting it was discussed the issues related to development of strategy of waste treatment in Kyiv.
On May 17, 2011 Irina Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of the Center has become a member of the expert council on macroeconomics, transformations, international and regional development (economic sciences) of the Highest Attestation Commission of Ukraine.
On May 17, 2011 the Center has signed a Memorandum of Understanding in with JAPAN PFI/PPP ASSOCIATION. The parties agreed to cooperate in order to promote the use and understanding of Public Private Partnerships and Private Finance Initiative both in Ukraine and Japan.
On April 21, 2011 Irina Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of the Center received the Honorary Award of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine for many years of diligent work related to economic policy implementation.
Among the participants of the session were ministers, specialists and experts from Russia, CIS countries, England, the Netherlands, Filipinas, Qatar, Japan, Romania, Saudi Arabia and other countries, as well as representatives of many international and national organizations and institutions.
