On November 18-22, 2013 in Washington, USA took place International Conference “Law, Justice and Development Week 2013” organized by the World Bank

Irina Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of the Center took place in the conference.

On November 19 there were 3 sessions on PPP issues: PPP with small private operators: regulating the public service by local authorities; Updating the UNCITRAL PFIPs Legislative Guide and Recommendations: Towards a Model Law on PPPs; The use of Dispute Boards in Public-Private Partnership Transaction.

On November 20-22 the PPP experts have continued to work on discussion of the main positions on Updating the UNCITRAL PFIPs Legislative Guide and Recommendations and development of Model Law on PPPs.
