With deep regret we inform that on July 13, 2012, Irina Kucherenko, a prominent scientist and practitioner, an extraordinary person, doctor of juridical sciences, professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine and a member of the Board of the Center has suddenly died at the 56th year of life

The Center shares the pain of the loss with her family and friends. We will do all we can to continue her beginnings and to implement her ideas on PPP development in Ukraine.
