On January 19, 2011 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has submitted for the review of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft Law of Ukraine "On incorporation of changes to some laws of Ukraine regarding peculiarities of transfer into rent or concession of objects in field of heat supply, water supply and sanitation that are in communal property" (registration number 9739).

The draft Law proposes to incorporate changes to the Laws of Ukraine "On concessions" and "On  peculiarities of transfer into rent or concession of objects of centralized heat supply, water supply and sanitation that are in communal property".
