On November 7-12, 2011 in the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow) took place the Qualification increasing courses “Forming and developing PPP in the regions of the Russian Federation”

In the framework of the event organized together with Vneshekonombank of Russia I. Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of the Center has participates with the lections “Public communications in the process of preparation and implementation of PPP projects” and “Marketing of PPP projects aimed at attraction of participants for the competition and attraction of investors”.
