On August 26, 2011 I. Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of the Center took part in the meeting of the Work group under the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine

The meeting was dedicated to incorporation of changes to the Law of Ukraine “On peculiarities of transfer into rent or concession of objects of district heating, water supply and sanitation that are in communal ownership”
