The conference was conducted under the patronage of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, the Kyiv City State Administration and the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine.
Among the participants of the conference were representatives of international financial institutions, in particular, European Investment Bank, UNECE, PPP centers of Japan, Kazakhstan, France, the Russian Federation, Ukrainian and foreign companies, public authorities of Ukraine.

On March 14, 2012 Irina Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of the Center and Pavel Selezniov, the Chairman of the Board of PPP Development Center (Russia) have signed Cooperation Agreement.
The Agreement supposes development of cooperation between the organizations by exchange of experience and information related to PPP. The Parties also plan to assist each other in organization of public and educational events.

On February 23, 2012 in Geneva (Switzerland) it was signed the statutory agreement between the Ukrainian Public - Private Partnership Development Support Center, the Kazakhstan Center for Public-Private Partnership and the Japan Private Finance Initiative/Public Private Partnership Association on establishment of Union of legal entities “Public-Private Partnership Association”.
The main goal of the Association is promotion of development of public-private partnership member countries by sharing of experience and harmonization of the approaches to the common standards.
