Iryna Zapatrina, the Chairman of the Board of Ukrainian Public-Private Partnership Development Center and A. Vingranovskiy, head of the State Service for issues of cultural heritage in Ukraine have signed cooperation and mutual understandinf memorandum.

The memorandum includes cooperation in the following directions:

•    development of methodological basis, scientific-technical and normative-legal support of implementation of projects on rehabilitation and innovation use of national cultural heritage based on public-private partnership principles;
•    generalization and spreading of successful experience of implementation of PPP project in field of protection of cultural heritages, popularization of national historical-cultural symbols, development of cultural tourism, conduction of conferences, round tables, seminars, organization of training on issues of PPP projects management, conduction of wide public discussions on these issues;
•    revealing of the urgent issues of implementation of projects on rehabilitation and innovation use of national cultural heritage based on public-private partnership principles, measures to solve them, assistance to creation of competitive environment for public sector attraction, ensuring transparency of these processes;
•    development of models and mechanisms of implementation of projects on rehabilitation and innovation use of national cultural heritage based on public-private partnership principles.
